1.1 Organizer
The program is organized by Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V., High Tech Campus 34, 5656 AE Eindhoven, The Netherlands ("Philips").
The program and related digital platforms, including the landing page, may be developed, managed or operated on behalf of Philips by appointed agencies, including Omnicom Media Group Germany GmbH, Grünstraße 15, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, with operational support from Bigleet GmbH, Wilhelm-von-Siemens-Str. 23, Haus E, 12277 Berlin, Germany.
Eligible countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg
1.2 Scope of the Program
The Philips OneBlade "SQUAD UP" program is a multi-phase activation that may include, but is not limited to, online registration, gameplay tryouts, livestream activities, community activations, selection processes and offline events (such as a bootcamp). The program may also include additional digital or physical activations related to the campaign.
1.3 Participation / No purchase
Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required.
The initiative is not a prize competition and no monetary prizes are awarded.
Participants may receive non‑cash benefits such as Philips products, merchandise or event‑related experiences.
1.4 Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in one of the eligible countries listed above at the time of registering for the campaign.
1.5 Registration
Participants must register on playbodyroyale.com and ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
1.6 Participation Rules
Participants must comply with Program instructions and platform rules.
1.7 Selection
Participants may be evaluated based on gameplay performance, creativity, eligibility, availability and regional representation.
1.8 Giveaways
Participants may receive non‑cash benefits such as Philips products, merchandise or promotional items. These cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.9 Offline Events
Participants invited to offline events will receive separate information regarding location, dates and logistics.
1.10 Livestreams and Recordings
Program activities may be livestreamed or recorded and may include gameplay footage, voice communication and usernames. Main platform will be Twitch.tv. Other social media and/or streaming platforms might be used differently in each eligible country.

1.11 Media Rights
Participants grant Philips a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use gameplay recordings, screenshots and event footage for promotional purposes.
1.12 Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
1.13 Disqualification
The Organizer may remove participants who violate these Terms or attempt to manipulate the Program.
1.14 Technical Availability
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues such as website downtime, connectivity problems or platform outages.
1.15 Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where permitted by law.
1.16 Changes
The Organizer may modify or terminate the Program if necessary due to legal, safety or technical reasons.
1.17 Platform Disclaimer
This Program is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Epic Games, Fortnite, Twitch, YouTube or TikTok.
1.18 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
