for the BIG Giveaway "Philips Body Royale SCAN MAN"

1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the BIG giveaway "Philips Body Royale SCAN MAN" organized by Bigleet GmbH, Wilhelm-von-Siemens Straße 23, 12277 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "BIG"). By participating in the giveaway, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who reside in Europe. Employees of BIG and their relatives, as well as employees and relatives of affiliated companies and employees of agencies involved in the giveaway, are excluded from participation.

3. Procedure and Prizes

The giveaway begins on May 31, 2025 at 00:00:00 and ends on June 1, 2025 at 23:59:59. The giveaway "Philips Body Royale SCAN MAN" includes all Twitch Con Rotterdam touchpoints, such as digital displays and screens, in-stream and on-site placements. Winners will be selected at random.

You have won if you see a prize confirmation message on the landing page. Additionally, you will be notified of your prize via email after a short data verification process.

4. Process

Scan the QR code found on the promotional materials placed at TwitchCon Rotterdam. After entering your postal information, you will find out whether or not you have won. This will be displayed as text on the landing page.

5. Receiving the Prize

Once your win is confirmed, the prize will be delivered via email as follows:

Please note that the prize can only be allocated/sent if a correct email address and contact details are provided. If the submitted personal information (e.g., postal address) is incorrect or incomplete, and the prize therefore cannot be delivered, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. BIG and/or the assigned agency are not obligated to investigate or correct the provided data. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the participant.

BIG and/or the appointed agency are only responsible for dispatching the prize and are not liable for accidental loss, damage, or misplacement of the prize, nor for whether the prize is successfully received by the participant. BIG and/or the appointed agency to the extent legally permissible - accept no liability for errors or printing mistakes, nor for:

Reporting the prize to tax authorities and, if applicable, paying taxes on the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. To the extent legally permissible, the organizer's liability for damages is limited to gross negligence and willful misconduct. In the event of liability due to ordinary negligence, the organizer is only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages. A cash payout, exchange, or substitution of the prize is excluded.

By participating, the entrant acknowledges that BIG may share the data with third parties commissioned to implement and manage the giveaway, as well as with affiliated group companies, for these specific purposes. Data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary and legally permissible for the processing of the giveaway, and only with the explicit clarification that the personal data of participants may be used solely for that purpose. The data collected is used for clear identification and, if applicable, for notifying winners. Personal data will be retained until the giveaway is fully concluded and/or until the applicable statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, after which the data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

The legal basis for processing personal data for the execution of the giveaway is Art. $6(1)(b)$ of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the requested data is not provided, participation in the giveaway and potential contact regarding a prize notification is not possible.

Participants may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or request data portability of their stored data, provided the conditions under Art. 15 et seq. GDPR are met.

Participants also have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data based on Art. $6(1)(f)$ GDPR.

Participants may also contact a supervisory authority at any time. The legality of the data processing up until the time of revocation remains unaffected.

8. Miscellaneous

This lottery is an independent promotion and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc. Epic Games, Inc is not responsible for the prizes offered in this "Philips Body Royale SCAN MAN" raffle. BIG and/or the participating agency accept no liability for data loss, particularly during data transmission, or for other technical defects. Participation on behalf of third parties, especially through sweepstakes agencies, is not permitted. BIG reserves the right to exclude participants at its own discretion and for valid reasons, such as:

Excluded participants have no claims against BIG. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively. BIG also reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice or justification. BIG further reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Legal recourse is excluded. The only applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent in a legally permissible way. All information is provided without guarantee.
